Despite the hotel being rather full and busy, I really enjoyed my stay. The location was great, right next to the mall, and convenient for all the properties I needed to visit in Detroit. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff and clean rooms. However, the dining experience could have been more customer service-friendly with additional options during these times. The attached Bar Louie provided good food and service.

When we arrived, the room was nice and cool, but unfortunately, the air-conditioning needed a check as the quality of the blown-out air was not the best. The room did not even have toilet paper, which was inconvenient. Despite these setbacks, the room was clean and presentable.
